We service all major brands and hold a Nevada manufactured home license, so you'll encounter a wider range of equipment than you would at a company with a narrower scope.

  • Is this a 24/7 operation?

    Yes. We run a 24/7 phone line and offer same-day service. Shift availability and scheduling details are discussed during the hiring conversation — we try to be straightforward about what the role involves before anyone commits.

  • Do technicians have sales or replacement quotas?

    No. Our approach is repair-first. If a system can be fixed at a reasonable cost, that's what we recommend. Technicians are expected to give honest assessments — not to hit a replacement number.

  • How big is the team?
